Plenty of us have a preferred mechanic, GP, physio, barber, travel agent, insurance broker and so on. And once upon a time, pretty much everyone had a tailor too.
But with the massive upsurge in fast fashion over the last century, personal tailoring has become more aligned with haute living. It’s not essential, it’s a luxury. We won’t argue that, but these connotations also infer that tailoring is impractical.
But tailoring is anything but impractical. The way we see it, finding yourself a good tailor and investing in quality clothing is very pragmatic. Of course, they make you look great, but they can save you time and hassle, and can even save you money in the long-term.
